Jook Lum (bamboo forest) Southern Praying Mantis is an internal Kung Fu system that dates back over 200 years.
Our school emphasizes a strong foundation and knowledge of horse work, flexibility, and conditioning before moving into hand techniques. It is important that a practitioner is rooted as well as being able to fluidly move the horse before the system can be properly expressed through the hands.
Kung Fu translates to hard work, so if you are willing to work hard to learn and live a new art join us Mondays and Wednesdays: children class 6pm to 7pm and adult classes 7:30pm to 9pm.
